I’m Julie Beller and I am an experienced home inspector
(WA Home Inspector # 592) in King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties. I have inspected over 12,000 homes and buildings since 1996 ranging from 1908 construction to new construction. I am also a flood consultant and published author. My book is called, Show Me The Flood Money and it's a "how to book" on receiving funding and aid pre and post flood. I was a FEMA disaster inspector after Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Wilma and Hurricane Gustav. I was an insurance adjuster in Texas after Hurricane Ike. Pre-Inspection - In today's market this is a popular choice for home buyers. This inspection offers a complete detailed inspection that you would receive on a full inspection except without the report. This is a verbal consultation. After you reach mutual acceptance a report is generated for additional $100.
A Seller Inspection is meant to raise awareness of the condition of the house in advance of putting it on the market for sale. Someone who lives in the house may become acclimated to their surroundings and unable to see conditions that a potential buyer will, because of a thorough home inspection.
